中海油惠州炼油MES项目合同正式签订

2007年6月份，我公司与Honeywell一起，正是跟中国海洋石油总公司惠州炼油厂签订了“中国海洋石油总公司惠州炼油厂ＭＥＳ”项目实施合同，该项目分两期实施，第一期主要完成生产计划、调度调度、物料平衡、实时数据库、信息平台等五个模块的实施工作，其余模块将在企业正式投产后实施。
